I get up at about seven o'clock every morning. Then I go outside to the garden and take a walk. I have breakfast at twenty minutes to eight o'clock(or: seven fourty). Before breakfast I study English. After breakfast I wash my face and brush my teeth . I like to work in my garden. There are some vegetables, melons and flowers in the garden. I look after them every day. I usually work for some time, and then rest for a while. After lunch I have a nap and then go out to take a walk at four o'clock. After supper I watch TV or play ipad. I go to bed at ten o'clock .
我每天早晨大约七点钟起床，然后我去花园里散步，我在七点四十分吃早餐，在早餐前我要学习英语，早餐后我洗臉刷牙。我喜欢在花园里劳动，在花园里有一些蔬菜、瓜和花，每天我必须打理它们，但是我通常劳动一些时间，然后休息一会儿。午餐后我睡一会儿，下午四点钟我出去散步，晚飯后看电视或玩i pad , 十点钟去睡觉。

Then I go to my garden to enjoy various kinds of vegetables and flowers and work for them for some time. After breakfast at 8:30, I have social activities every morning. I like cooking ,so I often make some foods and share with my family. They are very happy. I have lunch at 3:30pm every day. From 6:00 to 6:40,I go for a walk. Between 7:00 and 9:30 in the evening is my favorite time. I chat with friends and read the excellent articles online and watch TV and learn English and listen to music …… At 10:00 I go to bed. I have not gone to Chinese Golden Age Society to study English and take part in activities for four months because I'm sick. I'm very sorry. I take in medicine every day. Today I feel much better.

I always wake up at 6.30（six thirty）and then I get up at 6.40（twenty to seven). I make my bed and then brush my teeth， wash my face， comb my hair and put on a bit of make up. I usually take a shower before I go to bed , but sometimes I take a shower in the morning.
At about 7 o'clock（seven）I make breakfast for my grandson and myself. At about 7.15（a quarter past seven）I wake up my grandson, take off his pyjamas and dress him. He never brushes his teeth or washes his face but just does it in the evening. We have breakfast at around 7.30（half past seven). I alwasy wash the dishes after breakfast.
This is my work in the morning and the start of my day！
我通常早上六点半醒六点四十起床。我要整理一下床然后刷牙，洗脸，梳头还要简单的化一点妆。我一般都是在晚上睡觉前冲个澡，有时会在早晨冲澡。
大约在七点我给我和我的外孙做早饭。大约七点十五分我要叫醒我的外孙给他换睡衣穿衣服。一般早上他都不刷牙不洗脸，而这些都是在晚上做。我们早上大约七点半吃早饭。早饭后都是我刷碗。
这就是我早晨的工作。这就是我一天的开始！

I sometimes do gardening or do cleaning in the morning. I have lunch at about 1:00pm. In the afternoon , I sometimes play Ipaid and sometimes I watch TV. I cook dinner at about 5:00pm and I have dinner at 6:30. I go to bed at midnight.
我早晨7:30醒来，先看英语（园地）。然后我起床，整理好我的床。早饭大约在8:30左右我吃早餐。然后洗澡、刷牙，梳头。上午，我有时候打理菜园，有时候擦灰。大约在下午1:00左右，我吃午饭。下午，我有时候看平板电脑，有时候看电视。做晚饭大约在5；30左右，吃晚饭大约6:30左右。大约在半夜12点左右上床睡觉。

l usually get up at 7:00 in the morning, first wash face and brush teeth, and tnen I have breakfast at about half past seven. I go to the university for the elderly to learn English by bus. Although English is so difficult，I think it's very interesting and very useful and now it's also an international language. So I learn English well and it make me feel happy. This is all my life in the morning.
