晚晴理事会通告


晚晴将于6月28日上午10.：00在老年活动中心召开特别会员会议，投票对晚晴原上报注册的章程做一个细小的改动。这项修订将有助于晚晴真正成为一个注册的慈善机构，以便更容易获得资助。

A Special Meeting of the Society will be held on the 28th June at 10.:00am at Age Concern so that members can vote to make a minor change to the Society's rules. The amendment will allow the Society to become a Registered Charity so that it can more easily gain funding grants

附： 章程修改内容：

The 29.1.4.1 clause currently states "Community organisations in New Zealand that have similar purposes to the Society"


The proposed change "Community organisations in New Zealand " having similar charitable purposes to the Society".


The clause 29.1.4.1 refers to the disposal of assets if and when the Society comes to an end.
